We go out to the site and repair what is needed:

A physical injury cannot be repaired from a distance. In such cases, our skilled, certified field engineers will go on site and repair the robots or the package measuring stations. Of course, in compliance with local regulations and safety requirements.

Preventive maintenance on site

Better safe than sorry. That's why we provide preventive maintenance on planned but flexible schedules. In addition to inspections, we also replace the necessary parts. So, your hardware will work more reliably in the long term and last longer.

On-site training

We support our customers and service partners in many ways. But it can come handy to have in-house knowledge about the products. In these on-site training sessions, we teach the staff how to deal with basic equipment or system faults on their own.
