Objective: The Kargo Group wanted to speed up delivery without immediately automating the entire process.
Solution: To achieve this, we offered them our manual dimension and weight measuring station, as this dimension measuring station is specifically designed for such cases.
Results: Since the installation, vehicles have spent approximately 30% less time in the loading bay and that much more on the road. Instead of the previous long manual weighing process, which took minutes, the machine measures and records the exact size and weight of the goods in 1-5 seconds. Therefore, the load is quickly delivered to the delivery trucks.

With our MI package meters, you can measure packages between 20x20x20 mm (LxWxH); and 1200x1200x1200 mm. The size range in which the goods are to be measured can be varied on request. This ensures that the best result is always obtained.

Measurement takes 1-5 seconds, depending on the measurement mode, and the resolution varies from 1-10 mm.

All our package meters can be integrated as standard with WMS, ERP and Inline systems, various shipping and invoicing software and label printers. In addition, we can integrate with any custom system on request. The necessary development is taken care of by our team.

It depends on the size of the investment, but in our experience, the average return on investment is 1-3 years.

Dimension gauges can be used in both INBOUND and OUTBOUND processes.
